Please limit wait time to no more than 2 minutes otherwise the driver may cancel and a $5 rebooking fee may apply and you may be connected with another driver. Wait time and additional stops may incur additional charges. Please contact your dispatcher to make any changes to your confirmation. No payments made inside the vehicle. Driver discretion to let passengers ride in the front passenger seat and window cracked or open.. Services may be completed by a third party independent contractor. Rates are dynamic and not guaranteed as traffic conditions, time of day and other factors may affect the final rate. Card holder is responsible for requesting a rate estimate. Customer authorizes getme-ryde to charge a rate estimate authorization on card prior to driver arrival to ensure availability of funds and to secure services.
